Our typical Tuscany dishes combine the genuineness of the ingredients and the traditions of the recipes that we bequeath to mother and daughter.
From our organic farm come all the basic ingredients for our speciality: vegetables, olive oil, wine, fruits, chestnuts, meet and the ingredients that we haven't came from the farm partner to the Road if Tasting of Tuscany Upper Tiber Valley.
Out typical dishes are: "Panzanella", Minestra di Pane", "Ribollita", Sungo Finto", "Fettunta", "Bruschetta", "Crostini Neri". Also we make the pasta with the hands and we cook Porcini and Tartufi pick up in our forests.
