About us Agriturismo Le Ceregne Bio:

Our Tuscan cuisine blends the genuineness of the ingredients and the tradition of recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Our philosophy is to offer typical and traditional dishes of Valtiberina Toscana, a land border between Romagna and Umbria whose culinary traditions, crossing the imaginary border of the maps, characterize some of our dishes, such as passatelli, tortelli di patate (ravioli with potatos)  from Romagna and salsicce con il finocchio (fennel sausages) from Umbria.

In addition to typical dishes such as “panzanella”, “minestra di pane”, “sugo finto”, “bruschetta”, “crostini neri” and “homemade pasta”, our cuisine stands out for dishes wild boar and game meet, porcini mushrooms and truffles harvested exclusively in our forests.

Among the various restaurant dishes, there are numerous vegetarian and vegan combinations inspired by traditional Tuscan cuisine, such as “pappa al pomodoro” (bread and tomato soup) and “zuppa di farro” (spelled soup).
