General information for reserving an Apartment or Room

Final Cleaning Charge:

• Apartment 6 guests 130,00 euro
• Apartment 4 guests 95,00 euro
• Apartment 2 guests 60,00 euro

Breakfast Included from 22 March to 06 November:

We offer the breakfast service with products fresh, local and organic. It is an “international breakfast” with fresh cakes and cookies, bread and homemade marmalade, cold meats, eggs, yogurt, tomatoes and more.

Organic Restaurant from 22 March to 06 November:

Our family is pleased to let you taste the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, cooked with ingredients from our organic farm and from local farms, all is original Tuscan food!

• ADULTS 35,00 euro
• CHILDREN 4 – 12 years 25,00 euro
• CHILDREN 0 – 3 years free

The menu includes appetizer, 1 main course, dessert or fruit.

The cost of dinner includes water, excluding all other drinks.

The restaurant service is only by request for dinner 3 times a week.

• Crib for baby 0-3 years 25,00 euro/night
• Children 0 – 12 years with extra bed 35,00 euro/night
• Adult with extra bed 45,00 euro/night

Extra guests in apartment superior Olivo Gentile:

• Crib for baby 0-3 years 25,00 euro/night
• Children 0 – 12 years with extra bed 45,00 euro/night
• Adult with extra bed 55,00 euro/night

Our animal friends:

• each pet 35,00 euro final cleaning fee per stay

Dogs small and large size, cats, parrots, rabbits and other pets are always welcome in our agriturismo! We ask only a small fee to the final cleaning.

BOOKING RULES

Arrival and departure:

Check-in 4.00 pm – 7.00 pm
Check-out 10.00 am

In case of arrivals and departures outside these hours, please inform us. Otherwise we can’t guarantee you that the reception is busy.

For arrivals after 8.00 pm an additional fee of 20.00 euro is charged per hour.

Payment:

30% DEPOSIT at the reservation by bank money transfer (we send you the number of account or credid card form)
70% BALANCE 14 day from the arrival by bank money transfer (we send you the number of account or credit card form)

Cancellation:

The cancellation of a reservation is something unpleasant for you and for us. It’s a shame that an apartment or a room are empty when other wanted to book them for their holidays. Anyway, something unexpected can happen to anyone. We ask you in case of cancellation to inform us as soon as possible.

Please note that cancellations are accepted only in written form and that the following cancellation terms apply:

From the day of reservation to 43 days: we refoud the deposit
From 42 days to 30 days: charge 30% cost of the stay
From 29 days to 15 days: charge 50% cost of the stay
In the last 14 days: charge 100% cost of the stay
For late arrivals, early departures or no show we will charge the total amount of the booked stay.

Travel Insurance:

We therefore advise to take out insurance when booking. It protects you against cancellation charges, in case you should not be able to go on vacation.
